Congratulations to Kylie Hallman, senior at Tyler High School, for being named the District Secondary Student of the Month for April.
She is a 3rd year member of the debate team who qualified for region last year and has won several first place awards this year. Kylie also serves as a mentor and leader on campus. She is a bright and intelligent young lady with remarkable grades who represents her school and community with pride and class.
