1. I can not access my TJC email, what do I do?

• 1. Go to Apache Access

• 2. Go to your email

• 3. A screen will pop up and there will be a blue link

• 4. Click on the blue link that says add account.

• 5. Enter your TJC email address and password

• 6. Apache Access will come up again

• 7. Log in and then your email will there. (This should be the only time to complete steps 1-6)

• 8. You will now two email accounts. 

• 9. You may switch between TISD email and TJC email.
