Congratulations to our Elementary District Teacher of Month for October, Martha Ramirez, third grade teacher at Orr Elementary School.

Ms. Ramirez started and ended the year with Orr-mazing student growth in all assessments in addition to excellent student relationships. Ms. Ramirez was recently named a TIA teacher for the 2022-2023 school year! This accolade underscores her exceptional contributions to education, reflecting her passion for inspiring young minds.

In addition to her role as a 3rd-grade math teacher, Mrs. Ramirez serves as a CILT leader on campus. In this capacity, she embodies the qualities of character, consistency, leadership, and a strong work ethic, setting a standard for excellence.

Not content with her classroom achievements, Ms. Ramirez extends her influence as a mentor to her Orr-mazing 3rd-grade team, providing guidance and support. Her commitment extends beyond the confines of traditional teaching duties; each day, she takes charge of the car pick-up process, directing traffic and warmly greeting parents as they pick up their student.
