Which cuts of meat?

Today, in Advanced Animal Science, our wonderful Animal Science teacher, Ashleigh Dickey, conducted a Beef Cattle Beef Cuts Lab. First, the students observed raw cuts of meat and wrote down a description of what they observed. Then, they hypothesized what cut of beef it was, and from which part of the beef cattle it came. After that, the students cooked and served the different cuts of beef so they could taste the cut and maybe change their prediction.
